Clinical and Translational Research
The Division of Clinical & Translational Research is dedicated to the development and scientific testing of novel methods and treatments to improve the care of cancer patients. Physician-scientists within our division have expertise in a variety of methods, ranging from bench laboratory sciences using in vitro and in vivo models, to translational sciences using early phase human subjects testing and in silico models, to prospective clinical trials, population studies, and meta-analysis.
The Division of Clinical & Translational Research is under the directorship of Dr. Loren Mell. We have four principal subdivisions, with Associate Directors overseeing each subdivision:
Each subdivision holds weekly lab meetings managed by the Associate Director.
