We have been continuously committed toward the recruitment of future scientists in the field of aging research. We achieve this through our ongoing support of junior faculty and the administration of Junior Faculty Pilot Research Grants, recruitment of postdoctoral fellows, and the development and management of two student training programs, including the Medical Student Training in Aging Research (MSTAR) and the Center-funded High School Student Training in Aging Research (HS STAR) programs.
